EzyJamb® Inswing Door – ISD is the ultimate inswing door jamb system to achieve a seamless look in hallways and corridors.
The EzyJamb Inswing ISD (U.S. Patent 15/207,922) is suitable in applications where you require the door to open inwardly. The perforated sides for flush finishing enables you to produce a contemporary flush finish door jamb with clean lines and inconspicuous detail.
The completed inswing door jamb is flush finished and can be painted in with the whole wall area to fully conceal any fixing, achieving simple clean lines around the door face.
The incorporation of reinforced edges overcomes the continual damage door jambs are subjected to by normal everyday use.

EzyJamb ISc/ISd profiles are available with NoHa Invisible Handles, creating a flowing aesthetic for hallway or corridors. The NoHa Extended Strike plate is required for these installations.
The key difference between the EzyJamb ISc and ISd is the door thickness. The ISc has a 1-3/4″ thickness, whereas the ISd has a 2-1/4″ thickness. Each is compatible with different hardware options, please see the EZ Concept Specification Brochure for specifics.
EzyJamb ISc/ISd is screw fixed to the jamb studs and header with #8 drywall screws (through the perforated sides back through the drywall into the jamb stud) every 8″, double screws in top corners and on hinges points, becoming a solid part of the wall structure.
EzyJamb® ISc/ISd uniquely swings from the flush side of the door jamb into the corresponding room. Like other EzyJamb profiles, the system eliminates trims or casings, giving you that subtle, contemporary, clean line look. EzyJamb ISc/ISd is at home in commercial offices and showrooms, quality homes and public spaces like hospitals and schools.

EzyJamb ISc/ISd is compatible with RocYork Concealed hinges and Mortice hinges, in addition to a variety of other concealed and non-mortised hinges. The ISc/ISd can also integrate the NoHa Invisible Handle.
Yes, EzyJamb ISc/ISd can be used with a solid core door. You will need to make sure that you are using the correct hinge and quantity to accommodate the door weight, making sure the hinge screws penetrate through to the timber stud behind the jamb, so that the weight of the door is swinging off the stud, and not off the EzyJamb.
Plaster around the edges of the EzyJamb ISc/ISd will not crack if the EzyJamb is installed according to the installation guide — i.e. must be screwed off every 8″ and double screwed at the hinge points and top corners. EzyJamb then becomes an integral part of the wall.

Shadowline baseboards, such as AluBase Shadowline Baseboards, can be installed in the same wall as EzyJamb ISc/ISd. However, it is not recommended to cut into the jamb when installing baseboard trims. See installation options here.
