Buying Process for EZ Concept
1. Simply request a quote for your project using the online form below or by emailing quotes@ezconcept.com or calling 1 888 399 5262. You may also submit your project plans for review. If you are an end user, we will connect you with the dealer in our network best suited to your project requirements. For inquiries submitted directly by our dealers, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
2. The quote is sent by email to a reselling dealer for review. If the request is coming from an end user, we provide instructions to our independent dealer on how to best contact you. Expect a proposal within 3 business days of your initial request.
3. Once a dealer notifies us that a quote is approved, our drafting team will create drawings and dimension sheets per your project specification. It is very important that details such as swings, frame profile, wall sizes, and other dimensions are verified to the best of your ability. This will help reduce turnaround time to finalize the project.
4. The drawings are emailed back to the dealer for final check and approval, typically within 3 business days depending on size and complexity. It is very important to check that all specifications are correct before signing off. In this phase, verifying hinge placements, machining cutout dimensions, and compatibility with door and frame alignment are essential.
5. Once final approval is received, our dedicated production team will manufacture the products in our factory located in Rochester, New York. The lead time we state on our quote is officially in effect from then. Our products are proudly Made in USA!
6. Once production is complete, your products are packaged and dispatched to the shipping location that the dealer verifies on our quote. We sell across all of North America!
