Allow for two doors to be hung in the fire-rated Jamb creating a modern look for interconnecting hotel rooms.
The system is complemented by a range of hardware to suit different applications.
The completed double rabbeted jamb is flush finished and can be painted in with the whole wall area to fully conceal any fixing, achieving simple clean lines around the door face.
The incorporation of reinforced edges overcomes the continual damage door jambs are subjected to by normal everyday use. The unique design of EzyJamb combines visual appeal, strength and versatility.

EzyJamb DRc/DRd is screw fixed to the jamb studs and header with #8 drywall screws (through the perforated sides back through the drywall into the jamb stud) every 8″, double screws in top corners and on hinges points, becoming a solid part of the wall structure.
EzyJamb® DRc/DRd conceals two integrated doors into a singular dividing wall, where each door sits flush to the wall. Like other EzyJamb profiles, the system eliminates trims and casing, giving you that subtle, contemporary, clean line look. EzyJamb DRc/DRd is ideal for hotels.
EzyJamb DRc/DRd is fitted after the drywall has been installed, and has 1-1/2″ perforated sides for flush finishing with top coat into the walls, achieving clean trimless lines around the doorway.
EZ Concept products are manufactured from zinc annealed steel and meet the finished surfaces standards to ensure it can be painted immediately, without any special preparation, so long as it is free of dust, dirt and oil.
Yes, trims and casings can be fitted, but the EzyJamb DRc/DRd concept is designed to create a ‘trimless’ opening.
EzyJamb DRc/Drd is compatible with RocYork Concealed hinges, Mortise and Non-Mortised hinges, in addition to a variety of other concealed and non-mortised hinges. The DRc/DRd can also integrate the NoHa Invisible Handles.
Yes, EzyJamb DRc/DRd can be used with a solid core door. You will need to make sure that you are using the correct hinge and quantity to accommodate the door weight, making sure the hinge screws penetrate through to the timber stud behind the jamb, so that the weight of the door is swinging off the stud, and not off the EzyJamb.
Plaster around the edges of the EzyJamb DRc/DRd will not crack if the EzyJamb is installed according to the installation guide — i.e. must be screwed off every 8″ and double screwed at the hinge points and top corners. EzyJamb then becomes an integral part of the wall.
Yes, custom made EzyJambs are available with no header for full height doors.

Shadowline baseboards, such as AluBase Shadowline Baseboards, can be installed in the same wall as EzyJamb DRc/DRd. However, it is not recommended to cut into the jamb when installing baseboard trims. See installation options here.
