CavKit is an innovative trimming system made in America from durable galvannealed steel sections. It is sold as a package with the SlideSet pocket door frame to complete your trimless pocket door system. It transforms the SlideSet into a premium trimless sliding pocket door by replacing traditional wood casing. The CavKit system caps and trims the drywall edges around the door penetration, to create a seamless, casing-free pocket door. Depending on your project’s specific requirements, you can select from various finishing options, such as our Standard Closer Cap or the EzyCap^®.

Once the drywall mud is applied, sanded, and painted, CavKit^® blends completely into the wall assembly, leaving behind a perfectly square, flush-finished opening.

SlideSet is a full pocket door system. It comes supplied as a pre-assembled, rigid steel cage that includes a full wall frame, premium recessed sliding tracks, and high-quality ball-bearing rollers. Rather than wrapping the pocket door opening in traditional wood trim, installers can use CavKit^® trims to achieve a frameless finish.
